The men's lacrosse team competes in the Empire 8 Athletic Conference, along with Elmira, Hartwick, Ithaca, Nazareth, Rochester Institute of Technology, St. John Fisher, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Utica. The conference tournament champion earns a berth in the NCAA Division III tournament.
