You can read all the brochures and websites you want about what college will be like, but nothing can really prepare you for that feeling when you step on campus. You will get to meet admissions counselors, financial aid counselors, faculty, coaches and current students. You will tour campus, performing arts practice & performance areas, classrooms, a residence hall room and a dining hall. You can also see our extensive art and engineering facilities.

Vacation day off from school and want to visit? We're open!
Want to come visit on Labor Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday or Easter Monday? On each day we offer a Group Information session at 10:15 AM with Campus, Art and Engineering Tours at 11:15 AM. Additional Campus tours are offered at 1:15 PM for those that take the Art or Engineering tours earlier. We will also offer an Info Session and Tours on Friday, February 21 and Friday, April 25. Our general Campus Tours are offered Monday - Friday at 9:15 AM; 11:15 AM; 1:15 PM and 3:15 PM. The tour takes approximately an hour and 15 minutes, and is a combination walking/van tour so we can really show you what life is like at AU. During the summer and school breaks, we offer tours Monday - Friday at 10 AM and 2 PM.

We offer specialized tours for our art and engineering facilities. So if you are interested in the labs or studios - let us know when you schedule your visit. These tours are both offered Monday - Friday at 11:15 AM and 3:15 PM; and at 11:30 AM during the summer and school breaks.

Interested in our performing arts program? Want to see the equestrian center? We can help you see these things too - just let us know when you are scheduling your visit.

Want to come on a Saturday?
We are open on select Saturdays during the academic year. Group information sessions are held at 10:15 AM with campus tours at 11:15 AM. Art and Engineering tours are held at 12:15 PM. For Fall 2012 we will be open: September 15, September 29, October 27, November 3, November 17 and December 1. In Spring 2013 we will be open: February 2, February 9, February 16, February 23, March 2, April 13 and April 20. Register online for your Saturday visit!

AU Fridays
Add AU to your summer vacation plans! We feature AU Fridays throughout the summer allowing you to visit during a more casual time of year. See why AU has everything you are looking for. Our 2013 dates are: July 12, 19, 26 and August 9 and 16. Register today.

Tour Hard at Alfred University!
Now you can tour campus in a totally unique way, on a 7-person bike! Imagine 14 pedals, hydraulic disc brakes, and steering like a Porsche, but all without an engine. A special tour route will take you around campus with a tour guide navigating. This one-of-a-kind tour is offered Mondays and Fridays at 12:30 PM during the academic year and at 1:00 PM during the summer, weather permitting of course! Spend the night!
As an accepted student you can see first-hand what campus life is like by staying overnight in one of our residence halls with a student host. You may eat in one of our dining halls, sit in on a class, participate in campus activities and have a tour of campus. Overnight visits are offered Sunday through Thursday during February, March and the beginning of April. 2013 dates will be announced soon. Overnight visits are limited to accepted students only.

Graduate Students
Throughout the academic year interviews are available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with an admissions counselor. Please contact us in advance so we may assist you in arranging a possible visit with the program department. During the summer, interviews are offered between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
