Phone System Upgrade
ITS will upgrading the phone system on the following dates: March 29, April 5, 12, and 19. During those dates, a small number of phone users may experience a very short disruption of service (no more than a few minutes).
In addition, as part of this upgrade, a small number of campus users will be receiving a new handset. ITS will make every effort to contact you prior to those dates to let you know if you are receiving a new handset.
Instructional Support Services will be providing basic instruction on the new handsets and will publish class dates in Alfred Today.
