Letter to Nurses:

Greetings Nurses-

We are writing you because we're really excited about the upcoming Nurses Reunion 2008 at Alfred University. We want to make sure all nurses are invited to enjoy the weekend of June 13-15. In addition to the other events planned, let’s get together that Saturday afternoon and catch up on what’s going on in everyone's lives. Many of our graduates, including you, have made significant contributions to the field of nursing. Several have written articles and books on their specialty areas; many have advanced degrees and practice as Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Specialists and Nurse Educators. Alfred University’s graduates are noted for their excellence, and we have our University and its faculty to thank for that.

Here are a few updates:

• Early registration has been extended to April 15. Register now at www.alfred.edu/alumni to take advantage of discount rates.
  
  
• Visit the alumni website to register, find classmates and see who is coming.
  
  
• Join us for the AU Reunion golf tournament Friday afternoon, June 13. A registration brochure for the tournament is enclosed.
  
  
• Come out early Saturday morning for the 5k Run/Walk. Call or email the Alumni Office for a registration form.
  
  
• The Youth Program will be held again this year on Saturday of reunion. So if you want to show your alma mater off to the children in your family call or email the Alumni Office for a registration packet and detailed information.
  
  
• Saturday Night Dinner- It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and catch up. Bring some pictures and memories to share.

So help us by hitting those phones, calling or emailing friends you haven’t heard from lately, so we’ll have a great crowd for Reunion 2008. Visit AU's website to find classmates or contact the Alumni Office at 607.871.2144.
