FootballThe football team competes in the Empire 8 Athletic Conference, along with fellow conference members Hartwick, Ithaca, St. John Fisher and Utica. In 2004, Springfield (MA) College and Norwich (VT) University joined the Empire 8, giving the conference seven teams and an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III championships.
