2007: Placed 19th in the 100-yard butterfly, 21st in the 200-yard butterfly, and 25th in the 100-yard backstroke at the state championship meet…Had six third-place finishes in individual events and swam on one winning relay team in dual-meet action.

2006: Was not a member of the AU swim team as a freshman in 2006.

Before AU: Swam at Haverling High School in Bath, NY

Personal: The son of Bill and Karen Grimmer, Patrick is an environmental science major…Also plays goalkeeper and is a captain on the AU men’s soccer.
