2007: Placed 12th in 3-meter diving and 13th in 1-meter diving at the New York State championship meeet…Swam on the team that took 13th in the 200-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley and 400-yard freestyle relays at the state meet…Had 19 top-three finishes in dual-meet indovidual events, including three wins and six runner-ups…Swam on two winning relay teams in dual meets.

2006: Had 12 top-three finishes in individual dual-meet events, including a pair of diving wins…

Before AU: Swam and dove at Bradford (PA) Area High School, where she was a state qualifier in 2004 and 2005, helping lead her team to District titles from 2002-05 and a runner-up finish in the state championships.

Personal: Brynja, the daughter of Tom and Stephanie Seagren, is an education major.
