AU Dance Theater Choreographers Audition
(6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)
If you are interested in choreographing for the AU Dance Theater Concert in February, please come to the audition Tuesday, Sept. 4 at 6 p.m. in Miller room 301.
Fill out a concept sheet located outside of room 300 and be ready to communicate your basic idea to the curating panel. A small, 1-2-minute movement demonstration is always helpful but not required.
Leadership Week: True AU Kick-Off

Leadership Week is a 3-evening event for students to LEARN about their leadership style, to BUILD leadership skills, and to REFINE skills for special leadership! Students can complete Level 1 and Level 2 of the Gary Horowitz Leadership Development Program by attending all 3 nights of Leadership Week.
Kick-off will help you find your identity as a leader and to meet other students interested in leadership positions. Join us at the Knight Club to meet your leader-peers, sign up for leadership events and programs and make your leadership mark!
There will be to-go boxes available at Powell Dining Hall for True AU students to purchase with their own meal swipes. Please feel-free to bring your dinner to each night.
AU Dance Theater Choreographers Audition
(6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
If you want to audition to be a choreographer for the AU Dance Theater concert in February then come to Miller 301 at 6 p.m on Tuesday, Sept. 4. Have your concept sheet filled out (in folder outside of the studio) and be ready to propose your project to a panel of adjudicators from CLAS and SOAD.
Preference will be given to those that have taken Comp 1 & 2.
