“Alligator on the Zipper”: Film screening with accompanying talk by the Producer and Director. Saturday, April 5th at 6:30 pm in Nevins Theater in the Powell Campus Center.

Women truck drivers aren’t usually thought of as American folk heroes, yet the seven women portrayed in this documentary evoke the qualities of modern day cowboys. Courageous, tough and with a fierce love of freedom, they heed the call of the road that speaks to their independent spirit. The film is followed by a brief talk by Jessica Chornesky (Producer) and Ivo Stainoff (Director). Made possible by a generous contribution from Silk Road Transport, Arkport, NY.

Alfred To Asia
