Ecological Citizenship Workshop

- Location: The Judson Leadership Center
(5:15 PM - 6:15 PM)
What does it mean to be an ecological citizen? In this workshop we will seek to answer this question by discussing what "ecology" and "citizenship" mean in the first place, how an individual or a community can build their ecological identity, and how that foundation can inform how we engage with the world.

Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of their familiarity with the concepts above. All that is required is a willingness to share ideas and learn!

This workshop is part of my Honors thesis as well as my final step to graduate from the Women's Leadership Academy. Though I will be leading the workshop, it will be based in group discussion, and I will also be learning along with you. Visual material generated during the workshop will later be incorporated into a zine. Participants will be credited if they wish to be.
