Please join us Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 9 a.m. for STUDIO Visits. This week our guest will be James Voorhies. He is an American curator, art historian and educator, currently based in Berlin. He holds a Ph.D. in modern and contemporary art history and is founder of Bureau for Open Culture, an itinerant curatorial and artistic initiative that utilizes exhibition, education, design, communication and publishing to position the art institution as an overall form of critical practice.

Studio Visits is a live lecture and talk show at Alfred University that brings artists and thinkers to the Nevins stage Wednesdays at 9 am. First, the guest presents their work in a lecture format and then intermission! When the audience returns, the stage is transformed into a talk show set.
