Interviews, Friday, October 2, 2015, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Rate Structure:

Career Fair & Networking Package $300
1-4 representatives (Additional representatives above 4 are $30 each)
One (1) table/booth with company sign
Company logo in student program
One (1) interview room on Friday, October 2, 2015
Limited number of tickets for you to distribute to your selected candidates to speak with them further at the Networking Reception
Engineering Career Fair Networking Reception

  • Thursday, October 1, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
  • The Inamori Kyocera Fine Ceramics Museum. Click here for more information regarding the museum
  • Network with CDC staff, Inamori School of Engineering Faculty/Staff,
    AU Administration and students invited by you at the fair. This event gives you a second opportunity to talk with the candidates you selected in a more casual setting. You can also talk to candidates that other Employers selected and invited!
  • Heavy hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages to be served

Resume Collection Package $35
This option is available for companies who are unable to physically attend the event
Soft copy resume collection
Delivery within one week following the career fair

Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your plans to attend the Engineering Career Fair, the cancellation policy is as follows: Refund requests must be received in writing by Thursday, September 17, 2015. NO EXCEPTIONS. Requests received by this date will be refunded in full minus a 20% processing fee. The original registration will automatically be converted to a resume collection which you will receive within a week after the fair. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event.

Admission is selective. In general, admitted undergraduate students have an A, B+ or B high school average and the middle 50% have SAT scores between 1080 and 1280. Admitted graduate students should have a 3.0 GPA or better.
