U.S. News & World Report ranks Alfred University MFA programs in top tier of U.S. graduate programs
U.S. News and World Report has again ranked Alfred University Fine Arts programs in the top tier of MFA programs in the United States, including a first-place ranking for the University’s Master of Fine Arts in the category of Ceramic Arts.
The magazine ranks Alfred University third in the country for its Master of Fine Arts program in the Glass category. In addition, Alfred University is ranked ninth in the country for its Master of Fine Arts program overall.
“The consistency with which we have garnered the top spot in the United States in Ceramic Arts, while placing in the top ten for Glass Arts and our overall Fine Arts program is a testament to the creativity, dedication and excellence of the faculty, staff, students and alumni associated with our School of Art Design,” Alfred University President Mark Zupan said this week.
U.S. News and World Report issues an annual ranking of the top graduate schools and graduate programs in the United States.
Alfred University’s Fine Arts programs are offered through the University’s School of Art and Design.
