BROCKPORT, NY -- The Alfred University women's tennis team defeated host Brockport 5-4 Saturday afternoon to remain unbeaten on the season.

AU (2-0) got singles wins from sophomore Griffin Currie (Erie, PA/Mercyhurst Prep), 6-4, 7-5 in first singles; junior Autumn McLain (Oneida, NY/Oneida), 6-7, 7-5, 6-4 in third singles; and senior Holly Seidewand (Webster, NY/Webster Thomas), 6-0, 6-0 in fourth singles.

Alfred got doubles wins from Currie and McLain, 8-6 in first doubles, and sophomore Sarah Foster (Adelaide, Australia/Spartra, NJ), 8-3 in second doubles.
