Sex & the City 2 / The Movie Featuring five traditional black & white photographs capturing views of New York related to Carrie Bradshaw’s character played by Sarah Jessica Parker and hung in her New York apartment film set. Set decorator, Lydia Marks, who also worked on the Devil Wears Prada, commissioned me to photograph five signature views of New York, including the Central Park boathouse, Brooklyn Bridge, Strand bookseller kiosks on 5th ave., etc. in a style reminiscent of early 20th century Parisian photographer, Eugene Atget. All of the images were made with a traditional view camera, recorded on film, printed and copper toned on black & white gelatin silver papers. Old School still Rules! Not sure about the movie though... More info on the very talented Set Decorator, Lydia Marks: http://www.imdb.com/name/... Official Movie site for Sex & the City 2: http://www.sexandthecitym...
