ITHACA, NY — Host Ithaca College shut out the Alfred University women’s tennis team, 9-0, in an Empire 8 Conference matchup Tuesday afternoon.

With the loss, AU falls to 2-7 on the season (1-5 Empire 8), while Ithaca improves to 3-0 (3-0 Empire 8).

AU is in action next on Thursday, Sept. 23, at 4 p.m. at Keuka.
