PITTSFORD, NY - The Alfred University women’s tennis team lost 8-1 to host Nazareth College on Monday, Sept. 19.

Junior Catherine Spencer (Homer, NY/Homer) earned Alfred’s lone point, claiming fifth singles (3-6, 7-6, 9-7).

Alfred (2-5, 0-4 Empire 8) is in action next on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 4 p.m. at home against Ithaca.
