ALFRED, NY - The Alfred University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to visiting Keuka College Tuesday evening in the McLane Center.

AU (6-14, 0-4 Empire 8) lost by scores of 25-18, 25-14 and 25-18. Sophomore Chelsea Hall (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island) led AU with eight kills and 11 digs. Sophomore Brittany Anselment (Baldwinsville, NY/C.W. Baker) had 15 digs; sophomore Samantha Wood (Newfield, NY/Newfield) had five kills and six blocks; and sophomore Janelle Gallipeau (Rochester, NY/Greece Olympia) had 15 assists.

The Saxons are in action next on Friday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. at home against SUNY Canton.
