HOUGHTON,NY-  The Alfred University men’s soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Houghton in an Empire 8 matchup, Saturday afternoon.

For AU (3-11-0, 0-5-0 Empire 8), junior goalie Samuel Guy (Binghamton, NY/Binghamton) went the distance in net, making six saves.

The Saxons resume play on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 6 p.m. against Buffalo State.
