HILTON HEAD, SC — The Alfred University men’s tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Northwestern (MN) College Tuesday in the second of three matches the Saxons are playing during their Spring Break trip to Hilton Head, SC.

AU (3-4) won one of six singles matches and one of three doubles matches. Freshman Dan Baruch (East Meadow, NY/East Meadow) won third singles, 0-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-7). Sophomore Michael Graham (Elmira, NY/Southside) and sophomore Lucas Krenzer (Rochester, NY/Wheatland-Chili) won second doubles, 8-5.

AU plays its final match in Hilton Head on Wednesday, March 13, at 1 p.m. against Heidelberg.
