Friday, June 7, 2013

9 am – 5 pm                       AU Bookstore Open – PCC, Lobby

10 am – 4 pm                     Schein-Joseph International Museum of Ceramic Art and the Inamori Kyocera Fine Ceramics Museum.  Top floor of Binns-Merrill Hall

11 pm – 6 pm                    AU Fitness Center Open –McLane Center

1pm  – 6 pm                      Memories of Alfred – PCC, Nevins Theatre

Noon – 4pm                       Alumni Golf Scramble – Wellsville Country Club

1 pm – 3pm                       7 Wonders of Alfred Tour – PCC, lower level

                                          (Bus will transport)

Inamori Kyocera Museum of Fine Ceramics

2 pm – 8 pm                      Local Artisans Craft Sale and Show – Carnegie Lawn

4pm – 6pm                        Horse drawn wagon rides – line up at the Brick Lawn

 

5 pm – 9 pm                      Flavors of Alfred Alumni – Village Bandstand Tent -Picnic style meal for the entire family, pay as you go.

7 pm – 11 pm                    International Movie Theme Night – PCC, Nevins Theatre

                                         

9 pm – 10 pm                    International Singing Performance with Alfred University Faculty– PCC, Knight Club

10pm-Midnight                 Pethan-Join Peter Caroccio ’03 and Ethan Kaye ’02 as they play          some acoustic folk rock reminiscent of their Alfred days.

10 pm – Midnight              Observatory Open – Stull Observatory

7 am – 11 am                     Cyberfresh Café Open – PCC, Lobby - Breakfast items available

8 am – 1 pm                       AU Fitness Center Open –McLane Center

8:15 am                             Gary Horowitz Service Learning Center 5k Run/Walk – Village Bandstand. Race begins at 9 am

8 am- 10 am                      7 Wonders of Alfred Tour – PCC, lower level

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm            Career Development Center – Open House, Steinheim

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm            Scholes Library - Open house (special access to College of Ceramics archives)

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm            CLAS Presentation – PCC, TV area lower level
