Nadine Shardlow

Nadine Shardlow has always felt compelled to help others–and to learn! When she took her first psychology class at AU, she discovered that clinical counseling was her calling. Nadine’s dedication to helping at-risk adolescents brought her to the Arthur O. Eve Opportunity Programs (H/EOP), where she has guided students for over fifteen years. Nadine has helped many students realize and achieve their personal and professional goals.

“Bottom line…the students are what make it easy for me to get up every morning and come to work.” –Nadine Shardlow

Nadine earned her MS in College Student Development from Alfred in 2017. Her favorite part of being a student was the freedom to be herself in a supportive community. Nadine has pledged herself to pursue knowledge, and she was awarded the University-wide Bob Condrate Award for Lifelong Learning in 2018.
