This camp will help develop the fundamental movements required to become a better athlete. Whether your sport is football, basketball, lacrosse, baseball or track and field, many of the same skill sets such as speed, agility, coordination, balance and reaction time are essential to success. The camp will help improve these skills for athletes at all levels.

Camp is open to all male and female athletes and is designed to help each athlete develop speed and agility through techniques used by collegiate and professional athletes.

Camp Director:
Camp is run by Dr. Angie Taylor, Alfred University's Track and Field Coach. Taylor comes to AU after spending four years in the capital city of Abuja, Nigeria where she served in multiple roles.
