Visiting Artist Anne Petters

Glass Sculptor Artist Talk Anne Petters is a multi media artist with a strong background in glass. She received a Diploma in Fine Arts from the Institute for Ceramics and Glass Art, Hoehr-Grenzhausen, Germany and a MFA in Sculpture/ Glass from Alfred University, New York.

Down the Line Exhibition, Chepertom - TSI/Harland Snodgrass Gallery

We are thrilled to introduce the work of glitch artist @chepertomz at TSI/Harland Snodgrass Gallery! The exhibit «down the line» is on display from August 23rd to September 7th. Additionally, we are privileged to showcase a screening of Chepertom's T̶e̶r̴r̴a̴ Cognita in our Immersive Gallery.

This exhibition presents over 25 extraordinary works from the archives of this esteemed Alfred University Professor of Printmaking (1970-76). Andy Brady: Steward of Precision at the Fosdick-Nelson Gallery. Opening reception Friday, September 8th, 6-8pm. On view September 8 - October 22, 2023

Then & Now Alumni Pop-up Exhibition

A one-time transmedia showing of alumni work. Each artist can exhibit original work from their time at Alfred and/or a contemporary piece. The show will adjourn at the end of the weekend event. The exhibited will be held in the Turner Gallery and will be installed starting Thursday September 7th and run through the weekend.

AU Theatre auditions for MARISOL

The Alfred Unv Theatre Dept. is holding open call auditions for the fall show MARISOL, written by Jose Rivera. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script and are open to any AU student and/or community member, regardless of major or experience.
