Alfred University president Zupan to participate in discussion of future of economy, impact of COVID

Alfred University President Mark Zupan is one of two guests who will participate in a virtual panel discussion of the future of the economy as it emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic.


Alfred University President Mark Zupan is one of two guests who will participate in a virtual discussion of the future of the economy as it emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The forum, titled "The 2021 Economic Outlook: COVID and Beyond," is hosted by the Rochester Beacon and will be held on Thursday, Jan. 14, from noon to 1 p.m. Zupan will be joined by fellow guest Jed Kolko, chief economist at Indeed, the world’s largest online jobs site.

Kent Gardner, chief economist at the Center for Governmental Research and Rochester Beacon opinion editor, will moderate the discussion, which will be held virtually via Zoom. It is free to attend the event, but registration is required. Please sign up here.
