Allen Riley, '12 M.F.A., to serve as IEA Artist in Residence

Artist Allen Riley ‘12, who works with video and electronic media and earned his M.F.A. from Alfred University in Integrated Electronic Arts, will serve as Artist in Residence at the Institute for Electronic Arts Jan. 25-29.
Artist Allen Riley ‘12, who works with video and electronic media and earned his M.F.A. from Alfred University in Integrated Electronic Arts, will serve as Artist in Residence at the Institute for Electronic Arts Jan. 25-29.
Riley's work has been exhibited at the Burchfield Penney Art Center in Buffalo and was featured in public programs at the Asia Society Museum and the Smithsonian American Art Museum. In addition to Alfred University’s Institute for Electronic Arts, he has participated in residencies at Signal Culture in Owego, NY, the Lower East Side Ecology Center, and the Brooklyn Navy Yard. He is based in Brooklyn, NY.
The Institute for Electronic Art’s Experimental Projects Residency is supported by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and the Schein-Joseph Endowment.
Under COVID-19 protocols, any in-person engagements with students and IEA artists in residence will not be possible.
