ALFRED, NY – Alfred University alumnus Tom Reed ’93, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, will participate in a virtual town hall discussion on Thursday, Feb. 4.

The online discussion, which will be held via Zoom, will begin at 5:15 p.m. and is expected to last approximately one hour. Depending on the size of the audience, those who attend can ask Reed questions using the Zoom audio or chat functions.

The event will not focus on any specific topics, said Gary Ostrower, professor of history, who organized the event. “The discussion is wide open,” he said.

A link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed to Alfred University students, faculty, and staff, as well as alumni, in the next few days.
