Alfred University Summer Programs ranked among best in the nation

ALFRED, NY – Alfred University’s Summer Programs are among the best in the country, according to a recently-released report from Value Colleges, an online resource for assisting students in choosing a college.

Value Colleges helps high school students and parents in making college choices by researching and offering answers to commonly-asked questions about value and affordability, and by ranking institutions on a variety of programs. Alfred University is ranked 42nd in Value College’s Top 50 Pre-College Summer Programs for 2021. Programs are ranked on overall value, based on their cost and student satisfaction.

“Alfred University offers two of the Empire State’s best pre-college summer programs for high school students that are available entirely online,” Value College said in Alfred University’s ranking profile. “These two best pre-college summer programs from Alfred University include a virtual drawing workshop and camp, and a virtual creative writing institute for high school students.”

All of the pre-college summer programs featured in the Value Colleges ranking come from regionally-accredited, highly reputable colleges and universities. Most of the institutions listed are regularly featured in the Value Colleges “Best Value” rankings.

Alfred University’s Summer Programs is offering a number of virtual camps for Summer 2021. They include online camps in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing): From Fundamentals to Applications, Exploring Drawing, Intro to Hip Hop Dance and Culture, Music and Gaming, Sound for Artists, and a Creative Writing Institute.
