Alfred University’s Briggs named Twin Tiers College Athlete of the Year
Elmira television station WETM has named former Alfred University men’s lacrosse standout Garrette Briggs “Twin Tiers College Athlete of the Year.” Briggs, a four-time Empire 8 Conference all-star, beat out three other finalists, all Division I student-athletes, for the award.
