ALFRED, NY – Jill Crandall has been appointed director of the Robert R. McComsey Career Development Center at Alfred University, effective Monday, Nov. 2. Crandall had been serving as interim director since May 2020.

A native of Alfred, Crandall has been with the Career Development Center since 2007, first as internship and co-op coordinator, then as assistant director of experiential education.

“I am very excited and honored to take on the director role. It’s a rewarding job to assist others with discovering their passions, and developing and achieving their career goals.”
