Bergren Forum to feature talk on recent trip to Germany

The Feb. 17 Bergren Forum, “Alfred Students in Germany (Travel in Covid Times),” will be presented by Mark Lewis, Dean of Alfred University’s School of Business; Andrew Kless, Assistant Professor of History and Global Studies, and Alfred University students who accompanied Lewis and Kless on a recent trip to Germany.


The Feb. 17 Bergren Forum, “Alfred Students in Germany (Travel in Covid Times),” will be presented by Mark Lewis, Dean of Alfred University’s School of Business; Andrew Kless, Assistant Professor of History and Global Studies, and Alfred University students who accompanied Lewis and Kless on a recent trip to Germany.

The group spent three days at a German university with students from Germany and Russia competing in a global business simulation.  They also visited Stuttgart, Heidenheim and Munich. Their presentation will not only include lessons learned in this unique trip, but also compare and contrast Covid protocols in Germany and the U.S.
