David Marsh, Assistant Professor of Chemistry in Alfred University’s College of Arts and Sciences, will deliver the April 28 Bergren Forum, "The Chemistry of Baking."

Marsh writes: This presentation will examine the basic science behind what is in food and how food has evolved over time based on cultural and technological changes in society. It will also discuss how understanding a small amount of science can improve your experiences with food and your ability to prepare delicious food.
