Works by a trio of ceramic artists, two with connections to Alfred University, are being shown in an exhibition which opened May 7 at the Lucy LaCoste Gallery in Concord, MA.
ALFRED, NY – Works by a trio of ceramic artists, two with connections to Alfred University, are being shown in an exhibition which opened May 7 at the Lucy LaCoste Gallery in Concord, MA.
The exhibition, titled “Three Sculptors: Warashina, Currier and Lyon,” features the work of Patti Warashina, Anne Currier, and Ashley Lyon. Currier was a professor of ceramic art at Alfred University from 1985-2016. Lyon was a visiting professor of ceramics during Currier’s tenure at the University.
An opening reception was held Saturday, May 14. An Artist talk was held the next day at the Concord Academy. The exhibition remains on view through June 4, 2022.
