As we welcome Pride Month 2025, Alfred University reaffirms its unwavering commitment to inclusion, equity, and the celebration of our LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Month is a time to honor the history, achievements, and resilience of LGBTQIA+ individuals, and to come together in solidarity for a more just and inclusive future.
We are excited to share that the SUNY System Administration will be participating in this year's Capital PRIDE Parade and Festival on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Washington Park in Albany-and all members of the Alfred University community are invited to join!
Event Details:
Capital PRIDE Parade
Begins at State Street, Albany
Kickoff: 11:30 AM
Hosted by the Pride Center of the Capital Region
Directly benefits LGBTQIA+ support programs in our region
How to Participate:
Join the SUNY System Administration Team and march proudly alongside fellow students, faculty, and staff from across the state.
