ITS is pleased to highlight Canvas tools and features that can help faculty and students achieve their goals. This week's tip is:
Customize the Canvas Dashboard
All Canvas users have the ability to customize which courses appear on their Dashboard when they log in. By default, the current semester's courses appear, but this can be altered based on your list of favorites. Editing the dashboard can simplify the course list and make it easier to navigate to your courses. Instructions are included in the guide below.

Matter Pattern Exhibition opening in Turner Gallery February 13th from 5-7pm
Show on view until February 20th
Matter Pattern: An open call for any medium of work that is based around or features patterns. The show will explore how pattern and repetition can overwhelm and take over a space, while appreciating the textile craft background of pattern. I look to feature a range of color and design choices in the genre of pattern: from classic picnic blanket gingham to digital presentations of repetition.
The show will explore pattern as its own subject, showing how much it matters to art and design through a look at contemporary art making while still recognizing and appreciating its history and all it stands for.
