Trestle Draw: An Alfred Ceramics Graduate Survey

Inspired by Pittsburgh’s three rivers and their spanning by 446 bridges, Trestle Draw: an Alfred graduate survey, spans three years of graduate student work from the Division of Ceramic Art of the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. The exhibition will include more than 30 works by recent alumni and current candidates of Alfred University's MFA Program from the class of 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Bingo Night to Support AU Food Pantry

The Alfred University Food Pantry is hosting a Bingo Night on Friday, March 16, to raise funds and awareness for the pantry. All are welcome!!
To participate in Bingo Night and compete for prizes, bring a non-perishable food item to the Powell Information Desk for each Bingo game board you wish to play. The more game boards played, the greater the chance of winning a prize.
All proceeds from Bingo Night will help fund operations at the Alfred University Food Pantry, which is open every other Saturday, benefitting the campus and local communities. Upcoming dates the pantry will be distributing food during the spring semester are March 3, 17 and 31; April 14 and 28; and May 3.
Korean Student Association presents Eastman Musicians in Concert this Sat.

The Alfred University Korean Student Association in collaboration with the KSA chapter from the Eastman School of Music will present their annual Spring Concert on Saturday, March 17 at 7:30 in the Miller Theater at Alfred University. Violinists Martin Noh, Jeongwon An, join pianists, Jinho Kang and Sohee Chung to perform the virtuoso works of Brahms, Sarasate, Tchaikovsky and Wieniawski. Solo piano performances by Jinho Kang, Sohee Chung and Brian Park will include breathtaking music by Ravel, Chopin and Bach. This beautiful and exciting concert is free and open to the public.
