Visitors
- Visitors must comply with all safety and conduct requirements, including a requirement to wear face coverings/masks when social distancing is not possible
- Signage at key entry points to campus will be posted notifying visitors that check-in is required and to provide directions to Public Safety
- Campus visitors must have pre-scheduled and confirmed appointments with those they are visiting
- All non-student visitors will be required to check in at Public Safety where a temperature scan and basic information will be collected
- In the event of the need to support contact tracing through the Allegany County Department of Health, we will develop a system that provides the names and contact information for visitors that may have been exposed to an infected person on campus
- Anyone who does not live in a specific residence hall, including other students, will not be permitted in that hall at any time; only residents of that residence hall will be permitted
- Residence hall assistants and directors will enforce the visitor policy in the residence halls with support from Public Safety; any guest found in a residence hall will be asked to leave, and the host student will be subject to the student conduct process
