Lyn Carter's sculpture of stretched fabric and Ani Hoover's process paintings explore the geometry of the circle, transforming the simple shape into complex abstractions. Carter references the domestic and the architectural; creating work that is both familiar and extraordinary. Hoover uses repetition and layering to convey the passage of time.
