CAS in Gerontology - Clinical Studies

Program Description

The CAS in Gerontology Clinical Services is designed for mental health professionals who desire specialized training in providing mental health services to aging adults. The program focuses on information that will supplement and enhance training and experience in Counseling, Psychotherapy, and assessment.

Eligible Degrees and Licenses

  • Masters of Mental Health Counseling/Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Masters of Social Work/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Masters degrees in various areas of nursing/RN or NP
  • Doctorate in applied area of Psychology/Licensed Psychologist
