|Position Title:||Admissions Receptionist/Operations Associate|
|Responsibilities:||The Admissions Receptionist/Operations Associate will be the primary receptionist for the Admissions Office (three phone lines). This person will perform general receptionist and secretarial duties, indirectly supervise campus guides, and other duties as assigned.|
|Requirements:||High School diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
Requirements also include professional demeanor and attire; exceptional interpersonal capabilities; strong typing skills; familiarity with Banner; experienced user of Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, and Word); ability to work independently with minimal supervision; and a commitment to working as part of a team.
|Experience:||Prefer candidate with experience dealing with the public in a higher education setting. Customer service experience with the public in a busy environment also a plus.
