Workshop Description

Batons and BREWS is an interactive workshop designed for educators who want to improve their educational acumen as well as gain knowledgeable insight from some of the world's leading wind band conductors in a relaxing environment. Set in the backdrop of beautiful Alfred, NY and related to the internationally known and respected MostArts Festival, this intensive camp allows participants and observers to work with a laboratory group on repertoire that will be relevant to all levels and have a distinctive networking opportunity of which is unique to the Finger Lakes Wine Region.

This year, our clinics will be led by Dr. Donald McKinney (Director of Bands at the University of Colorado at Boulder) and Dr. Kenneth Ozzello (Director of Bands at the University of Alabama). Conductor and Participants tracks are available.
