A native Philadelphian, Chef Jason moved to beautiful Western New York several years ago to raise his two sons. Before working at Alfred University as Executive Chef, Chef Jason spent two years working under a Certified Master Chef at the glorious Oakhill Country Club in Rochester NY. There he polished his 25 years of culinary knowledge and talent by leaning classic technique in the culinary arts from a Master. Both of his parents are extremely talented artists and both have their masters’ degrees in fine art. He has inherited this most precious gift and it seemed natural to make food his medium thus creating one of a kind culinary artworks.
