Alfred University professor interviewed on CBC radio program

ALFRED, NY – Linda Sormin, associate professor of ceramics in Alfred University’s School of Art and Design, was recently interviewed for a radio show on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).

Sormin was interviewed Jan. 24 on the CBC show “Ontario Today” -- a lunch-time call-in show that reaches over 500,000 listeners -- and talked about her exhibition, “Fierce Passengers.”

The installation opened Jan. 15 at the Carleton University Art Gallery in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
