Policies

The Saxon Inn strives to provide you superior accommodations for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. In order to allow us to offer these accommodations to all future guests we ask you to observe the following policies:

Check out time is 11 AM.
Any guest checking out after 11AM will be charged an additional nights stay.

Policy on Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any area inside of the Inn. A guest smoking in any area of the building, including guest rooms, will be charged a $100 fee for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will be required to stop smoking. A second violation will result in the guest being requested to depart.

Policy on Pets
Saxon Inn does not allow pets on the premises. A $75 fee will be added to the guest folio if a pet is found to be in the guest’s room. The guest will be requested to find other accommodations for the pet or be required to leave.

Guest’s Responsibility
The guest is responsible to reimburse Saxon Inn for all damages done to the establishment’s property including fixtures, furnishings and carpet and is responsible for surrendering the room in an acceptable condition.

Reservation Cancellation policy

Reservation cancellation policy for special event weekends: (Spring Family Weekend, Hot Dog Day, Reunion Weekend and Fall Family Weekend)
Reserving a room for one of the above listed weekends requires a two night stay (both Friday and Saturday) and a 30 day cancellation notice. After 30 days the Saxon Inn will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee up to week prior to arrival. Cancellations made within one week prior of arrival date will be responsible for full payment plus tax. Cancellation will not be accepted for one night (Friday and Saturday night stay is required). Once a reservation is cancelled the room is then surrendered to the Saxon Inn.

Saxon Inn Cancellation policy for all dates other than event weekends is 4pm the day of arrival.
