Del Rey Honeycutt, Wellness Center Director

Del Rey has been in the mental/behavioral health field for approximately 15 years and has worked in a variety of settings.  Her time in the field has afforded her opportunities to experience numerous roles, to include that of a clinical director in both the community and university settings.  She has experience with a wide range of clinical presentations and populations, but found her passion lies with the adolescent and young adult populations, exploring and processing with them as they navigate through the various life transitions. 

Del Rey obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology and English from the University of Arizona and her graduate degree from a CACREP accredited program in Community Counseling from the University of Phoenix.  She is currently working on her dissertation to finalize her doctoral studies in Health Psychology.  Del Rey is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of New York.  She utilizes a holistic approach to her work with clients, considering the mind/body connection, and incorporates facets of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, positive psychology, and solution-focused techniques.  She values working in a health and counseling integrated setting and enjoys learning from her colleagues in other disciplines. 


Amanda KhodorkovskayaAmanda Khodorkovskaya, Health & Wellness Coordinator (BA)

Amanda obtained her Bachelors in Anthropology from SUNY New Paltz. She started a diversified vegetable market garden, alongside her husband, where they operate a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Amanda is also a founding member of the Alfred Farmers Market. Her farm hosts many volunteer and learning opportunities for students and the local community. Amanda's passion is on whole-body wellness and community building. When she's not busy providing Wellness Education on campus, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, and tending her garden.

Kimberly O'RourkeKimberly O'Rourke, Secretary and Receptionist

Kim has been employed at Alfred University since 1990. She was the recipient of the Outstanding Support Staff of the Year award for 2003-2004. Kim enjoys meeting new students and collaborating with other Student Affairs Offices to provide programming. Kim loves to horseback ride, being outdoors, and spending time with her two daughters.

Ashlee RudolphAshlee Rudolph , Counselor

Originally from the region (Hinsdale, NY, to be exact), Ashlee recently moved back to the area after living and working in Buffalo, NY for approximately 12 years. Ashlee obtained her BA in psychology and MA in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. She is currently a licensed (LMHC) in the state of New York and has spent her career actively providing general, intensive and specialized counseling services to many different populations.  Ashlee's approach is person-centered and individualized, utilizing many different counseling techniques, including Solution-Focused therapy, and is largely focused on self-care and overall health and wellness.  When she is not providing counseling and wellness services to her community, she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, cooking and skateboarding.

Elena YeeElena Yee, Counselor

Elena Yee is a Mental Health Counselor who obtained her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP accredited program at Rhode Island College. She also has an MA in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College (IL) and her undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology from UMass Lowell. She interned for two years at Bryant University's Counseling Center, and has worked in higher education in student affairs for fourteen years. Her former role has been a director for diversity, inclusion, and social justice as well as cross-cultural service learning. She is interested in the healing of trauma through EMDR and IFS, effectively assessing for suicidality, increasing diverse representation in college counseling centers, and advocating for the needs of those most vulnerable on campus and in our society. Elena enjoys reading fiction, discovering great coffee shops and watching international soccer.
