BFA student Kayle Hatfield awarded internship at NE Sculpture/Gallery Factory

Kayle Hatfield, an Alfred University BFA student in the Sculpture Dimensional Studies Division in the School of Art and Design + Performing Arts, has been awarded a summer artist-in-residency internship at the NE Sculpture/Gallery Factory, in Minneapolis, MN.


While in Minneapolis, Hatfield will assist with the Sculpture/Gallery programs, as well as work on her own large-scale sculpture.

As a BFA student at Alfred University, Hatfield studies with Professor of Sculpture Coral Lambert, who has a close relationship with NE Sculpture Factory and mentored Hatfield in the application.

Hatfield is currently working on her senior exhibition project at Alfred University. She is from San Diego, CA, and practices ceramic, metal casting and fabrication.
