Alfred University adds Bachelor of Science degrees in physics and astrophysics Alfred University has received New York State approval of two new Bachelor of Science degree programs, in physics and astrophysics. The requirements for the existing BA degree in physics have also been revised, which will give students more flexibility in their academic pursuits.

Alfred University well represented at SGT Annual Conference in Cambridge, UK A group of Alfred University faculty and students attended the annual meeting of the Society of Glass Technology, held Sept. 4-6 in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Dance faculty graduates first class of Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysts in Korea Alfred University Assistant Professor of Dance Colleen Wahl and Visiting Assistant Professor of Dance Erin Law recently celebrated the completion of the first international Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis Certification Program, which was offered through Integrated Movement Studies (IMS), a project co-directed by Wahl.
