Kameo Chambers, a first-year Electronic Integrated Arts major enrolled in Alfred University’s M.F.A. program, had work included in "Torrents: New Links to Black Futures," a group exhibition in collaboration with CulturalDC and DC Metro.

Kameo Chambers, a first-year Electronic Integrated Arts major enrolled in Alfred University’s M.F.A. program, had work included in "Torrents: New Links to Black Futures," a group exhibition in collaboration with CulturalDC and DC Metro.

Chambers’ work, titled "Aurora (Black Girl Magic),” is a video performance. “Torrents: New Links to Black Futures” opened on Jan. 19 at five metro stations on Washington, D.C.— Gallery Place, Metro Center, L'enfant Plaza, Noma, Farragut North—and remained on view through Feb. 29, 2024.

Chambers is expected to earn her M.F.A. from Alfred University in 2024.
