Alfred University's Performing Arts Division presents Machinal, a play by Sophie Treadwell and directed by Assistant Professor of Theatre Jonathan Ziese. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. on April 4, 5, 11, and 12 in the CD Smith III Theatre.
Inspired to write this play based upon real events, Treadwell tells the story of a Young Woman who is suffocating under society's expectations—until she makes a choice that changes everything.
