Letter to Residence Life:

Greetings-

We are writing to you with great enthusiasm about the upcoming Reunion 2008 at Alfred University. Working with the Alumni office, we want to make sure that all current and former staff members of the Office of Residence Life are invited to enjoy the events planned for the weekend of June 13-15. Specifically as a group, we will gather Saturday evening for the “Special Reunion Dinner.” We hope you will consider making the trip “back home” to join us for a great time reconnecting with old RA, RD and administrative staff members for a special night of fun and reminiscing!

Here are a few updates:

Early registration has been extended to April 15. Register now at www.alfred.edu/alumni to take advantage of discount rates.

The alumni website has everything you will need: register, find classmates and see who is coming. Check out the lost lists. If you see names you know, call them and encourage them to get in touch with AU to get reunion info.

Join us for the AU Reunion Golf Tournament Friday afternoon, June 13.

Come out early Saturday morning for the 5k Run/Walk. Call or email the Alumni Office for a registration form.

The Youth Program will be held again this year on Saturday of Reunion. So if you want to show your alma mater off to the children in your family call or email the Alumni Office for a registration packet and detailed information.

Saturday Night Dinner- It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and catch up with each other. Bring some pictures and memories to share.

So hit those phones, call or email friends you haven’t heard from in a while and let’s have some fun.

Remember this is a family affair; the entire family is invited and encouraged to join us.
